Inspection Basics |
- Inspection of Jobsite, review of problems, discussion of tile work with principles involved at job inspection may involve one or two hours and project review with client and / or council may accumulate up to one hour. The meetings and inspection will produce a written report and / or an oral report on the construction of the tile work
- All estimates are based on one tile assembly / one problem. Additional tile problems can be an addition inspection and research costs estimated at 200.00 each. Costs to be reviewed during case review.

- The report is an unbiased opinion based on the trades best practices that are obtained from an various industry groups that establish the standard of care, codes and industry standards and product recommendations some of those being MIA,TCNA, NTCA, ANSI, CTIOA, BSI, MMSA, UPC, ASTM, IRC ,IBC, UBC,APA etc..
- The report will be available in approximately three weeks after all information is compiled
- Photographs are available,
- E-mail available and needs to be discussed( direct from file with no descriptions)
- Photographic log with narrative on photos additional cost (prepared on request)
- Office billing time for preparation of Photo albums, cataloguing, packaging and shipping costs

| Technical coordination of a team inspection. I can work with a Contractor, Engineer, Architect, Engineering Consultant firm or Construction Consultant experienced in forensic inspections. Working together with video cam and photographs of the problem and teamwork we might be able to coordinate a site inspection and may be evaluate particular points of interest / construction defects
